Stage 1 · Sourcing
Origin known and stated.
Four ranges for cooks, cafés and small food makers, labelled honestly.
Most dried herbs on a shelf are older than anyone admits, and age is what turns oregano into green dust. We state origin and harvest on the label so you can judge for yourself, and we sell in sizes you will finish while they are still worth using.
Origin known and stated.
Appearance, aroma and moisture.
In sizes you will actually finish.
Origin, harvest and allergens.
Built around the spices, not fillers.
Mixed fresh rather than stockpiled.
Listed in full, in order.
So you know how old it is.
Commercial blends often lead with salt and anti-caking agents because both are cheap. Ours list every ingredient in order, with nothing added to bulk them out, so you know whether you are seasoning food or buying flour.
Herbal infusions are drinks. We will describe how one tastes, not what it will do for you, because therapeutic claims about botanicals are both regulated and usually unfounded. If you are pregnant or taking medication, check with a pharmacist first — some botanicals genuinely interact.
Described honestly, not promised.
Every botanical listed.
Pregnancy and interaction notes.
Temperature and time on the pack.
What it is for and what it should taste like.
Iterated until you are happy.
Consistent batches, dated.
Ingredient and allergen data for you.
For a café or a small producer we will develop a blend to your brief, sample it until it is right, and supply it consistently in the quantities you need. Where you are reselling, we provide the ingredient and allergen information your own labelling will require.
Samples are free. Judge it by smell and taste rather than by a description.
